Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rockcleft! The listing doesn’t do this home justice. The owners are super sweet and were very attentive to our every need. The location is idyllic and the view is spectacular. One of our favorite nights was spent in the hot tub looking out over the ocean. This place hosts many highlights. To name a few there is a kids playroom with built-in clubhouse, balconies overlooking the ocean, kids bedroom with two sets of twin over double sized bunk beds, and my favorite – the super luxurious shower in the primary bedroom. The home is so large that even a big group like ours didn’t feel crammed together. If you get the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. You probably won’t want to leave once you get there.

Marblehead Paradise

This home was everything we dreamed it would be! A perfect home in a perfect location! the view was amazing and the house was top quality inside and out! My only advice would be to request the hot tub before check-in to ensure access. Otherwise not one complaint!

Beautiful mansion – better than the pictures

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house was. Nothing can beat waking up and drinking coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean with a panoramic view. It felt like each room we walked into was nicer than the next. All the basics worked: check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive, wifi was fast, laundry was as advertised, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beyond that the house was full of charm. Again, the ocean views were stunning. The kitchen and living room were great for a big meal/movie but the house was spacious enough for everyone to have alone time as well. We only made it for one walk around the area but there’s a great nature reserve only a couple blocks away. The one downside was there weren’t any stores or restaurants within walking distance, but there were plenty within a short drive. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic oceanfront home

We loved our stay at Rockcleft! The ocean views from almost every window are truly spectacular, and we watched the sun rise over the water on the large balcony attached to the second-floor Ocean Suite. The bathroom in the Owner’s Suite is the size of a small apartment! The house is immaculate, and filled with unique and luxurious touches. The hosts provided generous amenities and snacks. A highlight of our stay was an incredible oceanfront breakfast with friends. Inside and outside, this place is just remarkable.

Wonderful experience!

Our group of 9 friends had a fantastic time at Rockcleft! We stayed for a week to enjoy the Halloween season at Salem. The house itself was wonderfully spacious and easily accommodated all of us, and we all enjoyed a great night’s sleep as well as the luxurious showers and jetted tub. We had a great time cooking and baking together in the chef’s kitchen, as well as relaxing in all the big open rooms with plenty of space for us to spread out to chat, play games, and enjoy each others’ company. Salem and Beverly are super close by, as well as interesting little beaches, parks, and historical sites nearby to explore. Communication with Liann and Paolo was quick and easy, but we really didn’t have need for anything while we were there! Check in and check out were fast and easy. We highly recommend Rockcleft for a big group getaway!

A wonderful time at a wonderful spot

Many branches of our far-flung family were able to gather together for my son’s wedding in Beverly. The house in Marblehead was a fantastic place for us to stay and socialize. Except for the day of the wedding, we had all of our meals at the house to enjoy the beautiful views and each other’s company. Our age ranges were 23 to 97 and we all fit in and had a great time! Thanks for renting such a lovely house.

Simply spectacular!

I was looking for a really special place for my father and uncle’s visit to come see me in Boston so this was my pic. We were simply blown away by the views. The photos really didn’t even do it justice. Also after checkout my elderly father left his phone and realized it after he flew home. The staff immediately retrieved it and the owners shipped it to him next day air without even asking for a shipping label or payment. I was truly impressed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home to friends. Only one small suggestion…. would be nice if there was a way to connect my phone to the home’s pre-installed audio system for some music. It’s such a large home that just using a single Bluetooth speaker that I brought wasn’t sufficient.

Nothing Short of  Spectacular!

The house was absolutely beautiful, with ocean views from every room. But the best parts about our stay were the small touches we found everywhere. Each bedroom suite had its own bathroom, with fluffy white towels and provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were very comfortable, with warm blankets available for cooler days. The kitchen was equipped with every variety of cooking implements, as well as a generous selection of plates and cups and silverware for use both indoors and out. There were also many different gathering spaces with comfortable couches, board games, etc., as well as an amazing office space on the second floor overlooking the ocean. It was obvious that the house was well maintained and very clean. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable, and we look forward to returning to stay again soon.
